If you wish to subscribe to AI.Associates’ newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you with a way to unsubscribe  usually provided via a link in the footer of the newsletter.

ADDING A PARTICIPANT TO REGISTER TO A USER TRAINING

If you choose to add a participant to register to a training session, we will ask you for that person’s name, email, company name, job title and phone number. We will automatically send a one-time email to invite for registration. AI.Associates stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking success of the registration. Invited users may contact us at privacy@ai.associates to request that we remove this information from our CRM systems.

BLOGS, FORUMS, CHAT ROOMS AND BULLETIN BOARDS

Blogs, chat rooms, bulletin boards, newsgroups or other forums may be offered on the website that allow you to interact online. Any information you transmit online in such forums will be made public, and AI.Associates cannot control nor is it responsible for the use of such information by any third party.
